How can I prepare for the Meet & Greet with Pet Nanny Services?

Pet Nanny Services will come to you for a Meet & Greet with your pet. This is a time designed for you to get to know your sitter and for us to get to know you and your pet. This is a time to let us know about any special requests and express any concerns or questions to ensure the safest possible environment for both the pet and sitter. Previous to the Meet & Greet, you will be given a link to our scheduling platform where you will be able to provide information about your pet and home. You will need to provide the sitter with a house key and access code at the time of the Meet & Greet.

How many Pet Nanny Services visits will my cat need while I’m away?

Most cats will require one visit per day. More frequent visits may be requested if desired. Additional visits may be necessary for medication administration. During the Meet and Greet, your Pet Nanny Services pet sitter can provide suggestions depending on your pets’ particular needs.

How do I schedule a Meet & Greet and what will it cost?

The Meet & Greet is free. To schedule a Meet & Greet with one of our sitters, simply call us at 434-760-2795 or fill out our contact form. We will respond to your form within 24 hours.

How much will it cost to hire a Pet Nanny Services sitter?

When will I pay for my Pet Nanny Service visits?

Payment is requested in full at the beginning of service for cat visits. Daily walking is billed on a monthly basis.

Do you accept credit cards?

We accept cash, checks, or Zelle payments at this time.

How far in advance should I schedule a Pet Nanny Service visit?

Get in touch with us as soon as you know you will be needing services. We prefer to have two weeks in advance. We will always try to accommodate last minute requests but cannot promise service.

Do I need to notify my Pet Nanny Services sitter that I have returned home?

Yes, please contact us once you have safely returned home. We will continue service until we hear from you. This policy is to protect the pet should any emergency come up that will delay your return.
